My Dream, My Future

Graduation is fast approaching. It’s so hard to accept that this is the last year we’ll be seeing our friends inside the campus. Soon, we’ll be leaving our Alma Mater. It’s so hard for us to leave the memories that we had for the past years.

It’s so hard for me to decide the course to take in collage especially now that my mother is entering in. My mother wants a course that I strongly dislike. She wants me to take neither Education nor Nursing. I feel guilt. At first, I agreed to what they want. But because of that career guidance, I’ve learned to fight for that ambition. Cooking is my interest. That’s why I want to take Hotel and Restaurant Management (HRM). Instead of holding books and talking in front of many students, I rather choose to hold a knife, the ingredients and a cutting board in front of me. Someday, I will become a chef in a well known restaurant in the world. Not just an ordinary chef. I will be the one who will support my family. I will not enter a married life until my brothers would have finished their courses soon they would be taking. And I will be the one responsible in taking good care of my parents.

CHANGE: It starts with me!

May 10 of the present year 2010 is the election period here in the Philippines. And, the Filipino people in legal ages have the chance to select and to decide who will govern and lead the Filipino people. This election serves as an opportunity for the public to make the right choice about the policies, programs, and future directions that these candidates will be implementing. The voters must choose the candidate who is honest, has perception in morality and the ability to lead.

We, the students are not yet permitted to vote for the candidate that we want but, we can still do something just to make a better nation. In fact, we can give suggestions to our parents whom we think deserves for those delicate positions. But in just following simple policies, regulations of our school are a big help. We must be able of assuming the responsibilities determining the roles in our school and in the society. Although we’re just students, we can have as much to say about societal problems and its possible potential remedies. Taking this apt account of our concerns and suggestions can or will be beneficial to all. We can also join in many project and seminars of the government in preserving Mother Earth. In school, another simple thing we can do is by not littering. Instead of littering plastic wrappers, why not put it inside our pockets and throw them in the trash cans if ever.

In these small little things, at least we have contributed in preserving Mother Earth and saving our country.

Reminiscing Third Grading Period

Time runs so fast. Three Grading Periods is no over and now we are again to face Fourth and the Final Grading.
My Third Grading Period is quite good. Although I am hard up a litle bit in making many activities in the notepad. But it's just okay because at least I am gaining knowledge and learning more although the lessons and activities were all getting harder. In this grading, I earned more about notepad, the tags we were using are so sensitive. We are still making drafts and posting this drafts to our blogs. We also entered the world of web designing were in I enjyed designing the web.
I am so calm that time when we were taking our periodical test in TLE because I had reviwed my lessons in this subject.
Now let's just enjoy the remaining days of this school year. Let's just enjoy this last grading period.

Oh Yes!!!

The child who laid at rest . . . in Mary's lap . . . while the angels were singing with their soft voices. The cold breeze, those sparkling christmas lights, tall christmas trees, the custom of exchanging christmas gifts . . . Oh, it's already December! It's Christmas!
Christmas day is a holy day primarily celebrated by us the Christians. Christmas Day is celebrated every 25th day of December. It commemorates the birth of Jesus Christ. People send each other cards and give gifts to their family, relatives and friends. But we should also share of what we have to those less fortunate. We should give love not only on Christmas Day but everyday. This is the true message of Christmas. For truly GOD taught us to love one another. There are many gifts we can give to our family and friends, but how about to our community? There are many gifts we can also give to our community and we must start it with in our selves. We must be more aware of what is happening to our present life.
Christmas Day is the day which is very important to us because it's not the gift and the food but the love we give.

The world is facing many dilemma now. Problems that affects us greatly.

There are many problems that we are now facing---especially about the environment. Pollution---the threat to us human beings and to our Mother Nature. Poluted waters, the thinning ozone layers, the harshlydominating smog and the biggest environmental problemwe are now facing---GLOBAL WARMING.

We, the human beings is now facing these problems with our huge population is at risk. Is the earth condemned to suffer forever to a hopelessly toxic environment?

Why does it takes us so long to do something about it? Maybe because of we are not awarelack of awareness.

This past month (November) many unforgettable things happened. The Values Club conducted many activities were we the students actively participated. Every morning, after the flag ceremony is the Morning Trivia, other activities were done in differentdates such as like the cookfest, kite flying, poster and slogan making.

It's tough for the studentry especially to those sections whom Ma'am Parel once teaches to let go. We, the IV-Maxwell students had a farewell to her.

My Reflections in the Second Quarter

Second Grading Period is over. Time runs so fast that we are now entering the Third Grading. Let me share you my experiences, my mixed emotions in our Second Grading.
The lessons in TLE ICT IV gets a little bit harder as we move on. We have also learned many things about Computer Education. Our teacher introduced to us many things about Hyper TextMarkupLanguage (HTML) -- HTML File, HTML Editors, Markup Tags and many others.
I enjoy my Second Grading in TLE ICT IV somuch. Specially, I like the times were in we are making or blogs, our activities. In our activities, we first create an HTML File, the Basic HTML Tags, headings andothers.
But sometimes, I am lazy in creating some of my activities . Yes, forit's sensitive. HTML Tags are sensitive.
Moving on, I must be more or must have patience. Patience in making our activities so that I will not be hardup in the next gradings.

My Teacher,My Hero

Teacher??? What comes to your mind when you hear this word? A teacher is someone whose work is to teach his or her pupils to become successful someday.
A teacher is someone who teaches us, prepare us for our future and to make us ready to become more successful someday. But is this the onlything a teacher does everyday? NO,it's not! A teacher comes early to school and goes home late, so tired. And at night, a teacher prepare his or her lesson plans and visual aids he or she will use for the next day. is heor she doe have a time for her family? I thinkhe or she don't have for even Saturdays they are reporting to school and if not, they are busy doing their lesson plans and visual aids. A teacher is always ready to fight for her pupil's right. Teachers are heroes --- living heroes.
A teacher is our second mother. And so just like our true mother, our teacher also scolds us, right? Yes, for we are already getting irresponsible and can't manage our time properly. And so, we cannot blame our teachers fordoing that.
There are many professions now but although there are many professions, it is so useless with out teachers. So we must be thankful to our teachers for they are willing to sacrifice everything just to make his or her pupils successful someday.
